Position: Independent Contractor, 1099-Apartment Building Maintenance Tech
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of a facility, such as an apartment building or business office. They are skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include but not limited to inspecting building,maintenance on all of the property, maintaining inventory. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge.

Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and management team. The Maintenance tech must have the ability to facilitate and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors The Maintenance Tech must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. The Maintenance Tech must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

The Maintenance Tech must be willing to travel locally.
