Juvenile Justice Case Manager
Location:
Evanston-Skokie, IL (Aunt Martha's Reporting Centers)
Compensation: $20.67-$22.59 per hour

Position Summary
The Juvenile Justice Case Manager provides assessment, counseling, and service coordination for court-involved youth at risk of recidivism. This role focuses on case management, group facilitation, advocacy, life skills development, and educational programming to support positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an active caseload of 5-10 clients
* Complete intake and enter client data into YASI within 72 hours
* Develop and maintain individualized case plans
* Facilitate individual and group sessions using evidence-based curriculum
* Use motivational interviewing and de-escalation techniques
* Collaborate with probation, law enforcement, schools, families, and providers
* Communicate client needs to Program Coordinator and clinical team
* Ensure client safety during all programming
* Transport clients and support program logistics (including food delivery)
* Maintain agency vehicles as needed
* Complete all documentation and incident reports accurately and on time
* Participate in required trainings and maintain Food Handler Certification
Work Schedule
* Flexible based on program needs
* Evenings and weekends required
* Work across multiple reporting center locations
Care Coordination
May support or participate in care coordination efforts within the program and assigned geographic area.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required
* Experience working with at-risk or justice-involved youth preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
