Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or until all deliveries are completed with rotational Saturdays and overtime required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on one of our many routes while making 10‑20 deliveries per day.
- Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law.
- Make on‑time deliveries to customer locations while operating safely in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle for the day.
- Lift consistently up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker, etc.) as needed.
- Work approximately 8‑12 hours per day.
- Operate a handheld device provided by the company and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and management.
- Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor; subject to reasonable accommodations.

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds, and handle commercial tires safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline is required.
The work environment includes exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- 21 years or older.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful completion of the company road test.
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Capacity to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Follow safety instructions and operating procedures.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
- Valid DOT medical card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
