Opportunity for CDL‑A Flatbed Truck Driver

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes across the western United States. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

• Weekly Pay: $1,094 - $2,103.53 per week
• Annual Pay: $56,888 - $ per year
• Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $.55‑$.60 per mile
• Additional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
• Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation during first 2 weeks)

• Accrued sick time: 1 hour per 30 hours worked; PTO: 80 hours for 1‑9 years, 120 hours for 10+ years

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record on the road
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience
• Background Check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required)

• Modern trucks: lane departure warnings, forward‑collision warning system, hard‑brake monitoring, satellite communication device.
• 24/7/365 road service staff.
• Repair readiness: trucks return to service only when 100% ready.
• Driver portal and app provide real‑time updates, pay access, trip data, messages, PTO, contacts.
