House Cleaner

Overview

Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. In this role you will learn to clean houses using our proven process and delight customers with a simple system that keeps them returning.

No Experience Required! You will receive training, supplies, appointments, and a uniform.

Full‑time. No nights, weekends, or holidays. You will have a stable and consistent schedule.

Earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $14.00 per hour with the ability to earn up to $800.00 per week. With a valid driver’s license and a company car you can earn even more.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process to keep them delighted, and you may earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – show care for their home.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and keep the car stocked with housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must communicate with clients.
