Full-Time position, including every other weekend and holiday.
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM (Weekends 7 AM - 3 PM)
Same Day Pay!
$18- $25/hour (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Maintenance Technician ensures the facility operates efficiently by maintaining building systems, completing repairs, and supporting a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:
Perform general maintenance and repair work, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend system longevity.
Maintain knowledge of building systems, equipment, and applicable building codes and regulations.
Utilize basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, or similar platforms) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and communicate updates.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.
Strong knowledge of building equipment, building systems, and applicable building codes.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
