Alpine Cleaning and Restoration Specialists, INC 177 S Main Street, Smithfield UT 84335.

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs. Lift up to 50 lbs.

Training Available. No Education Required. No Experience Required.

Wage: $15.63/hr o.T. $23.45/hr hours: 8am-5pm, M-F. Some O.T. and weekends may be available. 40 hours per week.

Opening: 145 positions available for temporary, full-time work. Seasonal. Employment dates: 10/01/2026-07/15/2027.

Transportation provided to all potential worksites within 50 miles from a central Cache County area pick up location. Employer will provide tools, supplies and equipment. Assistance finding lodging if needed at no additional charge. Pay will be bi-weekly. Pay per piece rate. Employer will make lawful deductions. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence.

Upon completion of the work contract or dismissal earlier, employer will provide or pay reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek. The employer guarantees to offer work hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
