Senior Building Maintenance Technician

Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a property management company in Smyrna, GA in their search for a Sr. Building Maintenance Technician
. This is a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) position which requires 100% in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

• Support daily operations across a Class-A office building complex
• Maintain HVAC, automatic doors, light bulbs, key locks & plumbing
• Troubleshoot building system issues
• Respond to service requests
• Maintain professionalism and meet urgency

• Must have at least 5+ years of experience supporting commercial office space
• Must have strong HVAC system experience as well as experience handling plumbing, key locks and automatic doors
• Must maintain a positive, 'can do' spirit
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Must be comfortable working long hours on feet and responding to issues outside of regular business hours
