Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support maintenance requests and amenity areas at the Smyrna property. You will handle service orders, appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical tasks, and respond to after-hours emergencies to keep residents satisfied.
The role includes preparing vacant units, performing preventive maintenance, and helping manage inventory and the maintenance shop. A strong focus on customer service and safety is expected.
