The Opportunity:

SRM Concrete is looking for a Home Office Custodian to join our dedicated custodial staff at our beautiful five-story headquarters. Our facility features an onsite gym, café, childcare center, and some of the best colleagues you’ll ever work with. • Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas and floors, ensuring all spaces meet SRM’s high standards for cleanliness.
• Working collaboratively with the custodial team to keep common areas—such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, the gym, café, and childcare facility—clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
• Proactively identifying and addressing cleaning needs in individual offices as they become available.
• Restocking supplies, emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and performing other routine cleaning tasks.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
• Supporting special cleaning projects and helping with event setup or breakdown as needed.
• Demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

• You have previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (preferred, but not required).
• You are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work.
• You thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
• You are proactive and flexible, always looking for ways to keep spaces clean and inviting.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and building occupants.
• You are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy workplace for everyone.
