Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC, cooking and beverage equipment, and refrigerators;
Makes minor electrical and plumbing repairs;
Keeps facilities up to the Facilities Brand Standard and informs management of potential electrical/mechanical problems;
Performs and documents quality equipment maintenance that meets work order priority and SLA;
Partners with the Restaurant Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all service work orders are successfully executed
