Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
iFixScreens is looking for a Level 2 technician working on smartphones, tablets, and computers. Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries, and more. Having first‑hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience, please include it in your resume.
The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a Level 2 tech.
The applicant must be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair.
The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing, and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
Duties- Customer service
- Diagnostics/Repair of cellular phones, computers, gaming systems
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Maintenance of work area and store
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Level 2 technician
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Experience repairing Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices preferred
- Ability to perform soldering work (experience preferred)
