Intown Suites Snellville, GA is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the hotel property and equipment. You will live on-site during employment, perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergencies as required.
Responsibilities include grounds cleanup, wall repairs, drywall, painting, carpet care, basic electrical and HVAC tasks, and timely service requests. On-call work, on-site residence, and coordination with the General Manager are required.
