Duties and Responsibilities:

Assistwithstorage unitmake-ready procedures

Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings

Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Repairing or cleaning signage, pressure washing, cleaning gutters/roof areas, interior and exterior painting,maintainsidewalks, stairwells, and parking lot areas, remove snow fromwalkwaysand apply salt.

Perform landscaping duties e.g., mowing, weeding, raking, pruning trees/bushes, backpack blowing, herbicide application

Qualifications-

Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form Previous experience in property/storagemaintenance preferred

General knowledge of painting and drywall patching

Minor appliance skills

General knowledge about building equipment

Able to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty parts

Handle service callsin a timely manner

Good safety habits

Must have reliable transportation

Able to speak to residents andmaintaingood working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
