Building Maintenance Worker in Solon

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Maintenance/Janitorial worker to join our team at various commercial properties in the Cleveland metro area. This entry-level position involves performing a range of basic cleaning and maintenance tasks. We offer an auto allowance and provide uniforms for our team members. The hours for this role are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary between $18 and $20 per hour.

Training will be provided.

• Must be capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on a 6-foot ladder
• Perform tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Engage positively with property tenants
• Keep accurate service records
• Follow established safety protocols and regulations
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members
• Travel to different properties as needed throughout the work week

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with light electrical, plumbing, or fire suppression systems is
• Basic familiarity with mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

• No certifications required, though technical certifications are a plus
