Janitorial Maintenance

Summary

To maintain a clean and well-kept bowling center.

Essential duties and responsibilities

* sweep and mop all tile floors. Strip, wax, and buff as needed.

* clean and maintain all floor mats

* replace light bulbs as needed

* vacuum carpet area's

* clean and stock restrooms.

* empty trash cans and sanitize

* maintain janitorial equipment and supply inventories in a neat manor.

* remove debris and litter from parking lot and landscaping areas.

* shampoo carpets as needed

* other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

* working knowledge of standard janitorial supplies and equipment.

* must be able to work a flexible schedule.

* must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds on a regular basis.

Education and/or experience

* high school diploma or ged is preferred

* 2-year work experience in the related field is preferred
