Maintenance Technician – LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston

Love fixing things and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team!

• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors and more
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
• Replace bulbs, projectors, displays and basic tech equipment
• Help with exhibit setup, teardown and shipping/receiving
• Repair walls, fixtures, furniture and interior spaces
• Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs
• Able to work independently and solve problems fast
• Comfortable in fast-paced, guest‑facing environments
• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required)

• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft)
• Stand / walk for long periods
• Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards
