** What You'll Do:*
*
- Assignwork orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.  Maintain an inventory of adequate supplies and tools.

- Performmaintenance and repairs to advanced HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, structural,furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and buildingsystems up to applicable standards as assigned.

- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and companydirectives related to building operations and work safety.

- Developan energy management program. Ensure all systems operate in the most efficient manner.

- Oversee and inspect the work performed by outside contractors. Respond to commoninquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.

- Directthe implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that buildingmachinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.  Performrepairs and emergency maintenance as needed.

- Reviewand sign off on inspections of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC,and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.

- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishingboth individual and department objectives.

- Showcaseexpertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplineswithin the organization function.

- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas withinthe function.

- Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levelsand of divergent interest, to adopt a different point ofview.

- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, orservice objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functionalpolicies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

** What You'll Need:*
* · High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related  lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

- UniversalCFC certification is required

- Additional certification in one or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical,HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical powertransmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry.
