MRK Partners in Somerville, NJ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and complete preventative maintenance across assigned properties.
You will restore vacated apartments, respond to on-call emergencies on weekends and holidays, and help keep common areas clean. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience are required, with EPA/HVAC certifications preferred.
