Mid Pen Housing in Sonoma Region seeks a Maintenance Area Lead to supervise hands-on maintenance across multiple affordable communities. You will coordinate inspections, support site teams, and ensure work orders and regulatory requirements are completed accurately while maintaining safety and high service standards.
Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan, assign, and oversee vendors, prepare vacant units, and promote preventive maintenance.
