The Michaels Organization is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance for one or more sites under the direction of the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include inspections, scheduling, contractor coordination, inventory control, and staff training.
Required are 3+ years in maintenance (residential preferred), a high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Willingness to work on-call and evenings is expected.
