This role requires performing diverse maintenance tasks with strong troubleshooting skills, including plumbing, electrical, groundskeeping, pool care, and carpentry to keep properties in excellent condition.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, can work independently or in a team, and may respond to urgent issues after hours.
