Director of Maintenance – Southfield Village

Full-Time | Leadership Role
What You’ll Do- Supervise maintenance, grounds, and laundry & housekeeping operations
- Oversee preventative maintenance and daily repair needs
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building maintenance
- Coordinate landscaping, snow removal, and grounds care
- Maintain inventory, budgets, and maintenance documentation
- Partner with vendors and contractors when needed
- Lead a strong, service-focused maintenance team
- 2–3 years of maintenance management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and repair skills
- Experience with maintenance equipment and building systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
