Summer Help Team Member (seasonal) - FM

Salary: $20/hr

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Immediate Supervisor: Variable

This is a seasonal position, starting 15 June 2026 and running through 8 August 2026

• Assist in the loading and unloading of boxes and furniture onto/from trucks or vehicles.

• Safely transport boxes and furniture to designated locations within buildings or across different sites.

• Follow instructions from the building “Leader” regarding the placement and organization of boxes and furniture.

• Handle boxes and furniture with care to prevent damage or breakage. Use appropriate lifting techniques to ensure personal safety and prevent injury. Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.

• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.

• Outside Grounds care, mowing, mulching and landscaping duties assigned.

• Other duties assigned.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.

• A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions.

• Must be able to work in an outside environment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 60 pounds.

Full-Time

$20 to $20 per Hour
