Job Description
  • Supervise maintenance and production of all items need to paint and furniture in the facility.
  • Keep the technical services workshop up and running.
  • Care for and repair all items need to paint in the facility.
  • Perform tasks assigned by his/her manager that are related to the department and position.
  • Take part in any work that requires the full participation of the Technical Service Department.
  • Supervise scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting in the facility. Repair any problems with keys and locks.
  • Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time.
  • Keep the work space clean and ensure that it is cleaned after the work is complete. Must always look clean and proper and wear a uniform.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks that may be requested.
  • Work according to the policies, procedures and instructions identified by the Chief Engineer.
  • Take part in the Emergency Response Team.
  • Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
  • Must take all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken.
  • Qualifications
      • Education: At least a primary school or equivalent diploma.
      • Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience required by the job.
      • Foreign Language: Not required.
      • Courses and Training: Not required.
      • Computer Literacy: Not required.
      • Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. If necessary, expected to possess certification in the related field.
