Facility Operations Coordinator
As a Facility Operations Coordinator, you will oversee projects related to building operations and maintenance. This includes managing the activities of a multi-craft maintenance and custodial team, planning maintenance, ensuring security and access control, and coordinating emergency responses, inspections, repairs, and corrective actions. You will also schedule repairs and renovations while acting as a contact for reporting building issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate building operations and maintenance projects.
- Manage activities of a multi-craft maintenance and custodial group.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Ensure security and access control measures are in place.
- Coordinate emergency responses and inspections.
- Act as a point of contact for reporting and resolving building issues.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in calendar management, email, reception, and vendor management.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- At least 1+ year of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the Facilities or Construction Industry.
- Experience coordinating vendors on-site.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
