Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians across disciplines
- Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure quality, timely execution
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Use CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders, backlog, and asset data
- Support reliability programs including root cause analysis and KPI tracking
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, or RCM principles
- Manage spare parts, maintenance costs, and vendor coordination
- Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field; bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or maintenance planning role
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM, eMaint, or similar
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements, LOTO, and industrial safety best practices
