Responsibilities- Have overall ownership of the maintenance and reliability of the asset(s)
- Achieve objectives/goals that align with the platform/asset(s)
- Asset down planning, execution, cost management and reflection
- During planned downtimes hours may be extended or modified to support an effective startup
- Standard work completion:
- Maintenance rounds
- Time confirmation
- Execution of Daily Accountability Process assignments
- Platform meeting attendance
- Continuous improvement:
- Support/Lead platform unplanned delay plan and execution
- Lead problem solving for unplanned delay events
- Preventative Maintenance Optimization
- Grade change improvement
- Autonomous Care
- Support delivery of the site reliability maturity plan
- Capability and Training:
- Actively work toward improvement in technical capability by attending training, classes, courses, demos, etc.
- Support training others based on skillset
- Partner with Training team to ensure team members have adequate training and plans are executed timely
- Additional Support:
- Flow to work across plant based on need
- Provide off‑hour support based on escalation, including phone calls and in‑person support as needed
- Vacation will need to be balanced across the platform/plant
- Internal to Plant:
Platform Team, Reliability Team, Plant Leadership Team, Continuous Improvement & Capabilities Team, Logistics, Engineering Teams - Internal to Region:
Supply Chain Operation Support Team, Supply Chain Value Stream Team, KCNA Supply Chain Teams and Management, peers from other Kimberly‑Clark Facilities, partners and vendors
This role is responsible for asset machinery and equipment, reliability strategy execution at the asset level in alignment with the Plant and KCNA Reliability Strategy. The incumbent works within platform teams comprised of employees from operations, engineering and maintenance. Incumbent will also work with other disciplines across the plant. This role will have interaction across the site and may include opportunities to travel to additional KC locations.
Typical objectives focus on plant‑level safety, quality, continuous improvement, productivity, cost, asset management, and personal capability development. Incumbent reports to the Asset Leader.
This role is responsible for a complex asset base due to the number of assets, employees, asset complexity and/or business criticality. The role may also own a plant‑wide process or standard.

Qualifications- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- State and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate
- Either a 2‑year related technical degree with 3+ years of industrial electrical work experience or 5+ years of industrial electrical work experience
