Love's Travel Stops - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer-facing assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience;
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs;
Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities, including repair and maintenance of HVAC, fuel, refrigeration systems, and service vehicles; perform pressure washing and plumbing tasks; conduct site inspections;
Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles;
Adhere to safety policies and prioritize customer safety and satisfaction
