CORG Management Group is seeking 2 Part
- Time Floor Specialist and Janitor for Columbia, SC to work in a Federal Building

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning office area with different type flooring - linoleum, tile, and carpet, waxing floors (must be very experienced in floors and carpet)
2. Shampooing rugs and carpets
3. Stairwells
4. Emptying trash cans
5. Sweep and dust mop all hard surface floors and spot vacuum carpets.
6. Disinfecting bathrooms and high touch areas
7. Cleaning interior windows and mirrors
8. Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners, walk behind machines
9. Collecting and taking out trash and recycling

Requirements:

· 2 to 3 years’ experience with maintenance of different flooring.

· Must be able to bend, kneel, walk for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.

· Must be able to work a typical work week, M-F; 2pm-9pm and 5pm-9pm subject to change during summer.

· May be required to work 1 or 2 weekends out of the year.

Salary:
Hourly Rate, $23.29
