1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Range: $18.00 Hourly Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing work areas Remove trash and recycling materials and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, building exteriors, and outdoor surfaces Use proper cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, stains, mold, and grime Perform equipment safety checks and basic maintenance on pressure washing equipment Assist maintenance teams with general light maintenance and minor repairs Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and equipment malfunctions promptly Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on time Maintenance Worker

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience with lawn care, pressure washing, painting, or general maintenance preferred Ability to operate hand tools, cleaning equipment, and pressure washers preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and climb ladders Strong communication and teamwork skills Understanding of workplace safety procedures and guidelines Experience in industrial or commercial facilities is a plus
