Waste Management​/Housekeeper - Tues-Sat

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Waste Management/Housekeeper to join our team at The Woodlands  ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, managing waste disposal, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

• Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated disposal areas.
• Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
• Drive John Deer Gator with trailer to pick up trash cans.
• Reports on any repairs needed to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Reports supply and equipment needs to Housekeeping Supervisor for replenishing.
• Duty of servicing Pet Waste Stations and Site trash collection.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions outside (rain, wind, heat, cold).
• Uses walk‑behind floor scrubber to clean floors.
• Sweeps, mops, dust, and wipes down different areas around the building.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• Previous waste management experience preferred.
• Must have valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
