• General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications. Pay rate type:
