Vertiv - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems;
Respond promptly to facility-related work orders, troubleshooting issues and resolving them effectively to reduce downtime;
Assist in equipment installations, moves, and general facility modifications;
Monitor and maintain building infrastructure including restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and office space to ensure cleanliness and functionality;
Work closely with contractors and vendors during repairs or project work; escort and monitor as needed for safety and compliance
