SCVIA Custodian--Fort Jackson

Description

The Participant Custodian is responsible for delivering high-quality custodial and facility upkeep services at all Federal contract locations supported by SCVIA. This role plays a key part in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

• General Cleaning & Maintenance

  Perform routine custodial duties across all assigned contract locations, including but not limited to cleaning carpets, tile floors, windows, mirrors, fixtures, surfaces, and common areas as scheduled.

• Floor Care Services

  Carry out comprehensive maintenance of hard-surface floors and carpets, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and spot cleaning, while ensuring surfaces meet quality and safety standards.

• Sanitization & Restroom Care

  Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces using approved products and procedures to maintain a hygienic environment.

• Outdoor Maintenance

  Complete assigned outdoor tasks such as sweeping sidewalks, removing debris, and ensuring exterior areas remain clean, safe, and accessible.

• Housekeeping & Janitorial Tasks

  Support additional custodial and housekeeping assignments as scheduled, including replenishing supplies, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining organization of custodial storage areas.
