1st Shift Cleaner

Key responsibilities include:

• Remove trash and replace liners
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Clean restrooms
• Sanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock supplies

Qualifications:

• Communication & Transportation:
  Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization:
  Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic:
  Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment
• Safety:
  Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

  Willing and able to perform a variety of cleaning and operational tasks as business needs require
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.
