What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the resort's maintenance operation, ensuring our property remains safe, beautiful, and operating at the highest standards. You'll oversee preventive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, resort facilities, and a talented maintenance team that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Create schedules that maximize productivity while supporting exceptional guest service.
• Conduct ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and training.
• Lead by example and work alongside your team whenever needed.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
• Prioritize daily work orders, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project timelines.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and departmental expenses.
• Assist with developing and managing annual maintenance budgets.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment meet CRR Hospitality standards.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of:

• RV sites and utility infrastructure
• Resort buildings and common areas
• Rental cabins and guest accommodations
• Clubhouse and resort amenities
• Swimming pools and recreational facilities
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing and electrical systems
• Appliances and water heaters
• Irrigation systems
• Maintenance equipment and company vehicles

Help preserve the natural beauty of Savannah Lakes by overseeing:

• Landscaping and lawn maintenance
• Irrigation systems
• Tree and shrub care
• Weed and pest control
• Lakefront and common area maintenance
• Seasonal planting and landscape enhancements
• Storm preparation and cleanup

• Promote a culture where safety is always the top priority.
• Conduct routine safety meetings and associate training.
• Maintain SDS/MSDS documentation and required records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
• Perform routine property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns.
