Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (On-call rotation required)

We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and beautiful environment for our residents, and were seeking a professional, skilled, and dependable Maintenance Technician to help us continue that standard of excellence.
Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the property remains in top condition. The ideal candidate is experienced in multifamily property maintenance, presents a clean, professional appearance, and demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assigned work orders promptly and professionally (approx. 30 open at any given time).
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartments, buildings, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, grounds, and other exterior areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all items meet property standards.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance such as pool upkeep, landscaping, and snow removal as applicable.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Maintain professional communication and courteous interactions with residents and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, property standards, and management procedures.
- Required:
Prior property maintenance experience in multifamily housing or related field. - Preferred:
Valid HVAC or Pool Certification (CPO). - Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance skills.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor, neat appearance, and strong communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
