Thompson Hospitality's Benedict Campus Facilities seeks a Custodial Lead (Nights) 3:00pm–11:30pm to coordinate day‑to‑day custodial and floor care operations across campus facilities. You’ll lead custodians, floor techs, and project staff, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with campus standards.
You’ll stay hands‑on while directing schedules, inspections, and training, striving to deliver a welcoming, spotless environment for students, faculty, and visitors.
