Champion safety and continuous improvement:

Drive equipment reliability and uptime:
Support preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities that reduce downtime and improve operational performance;
Deliver high-quality workmanship:
Apply strong technical skills, follow specifications and procedures, and perform thorough inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards;
Strengthen collaboration and TPM initiatives:
Communicate effectively across teams, participate in TPM activities, and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, material flow, and employee development;
Develop team capability:
Share knowledge, coach less experienced team members, and serve as a trusted resource to strengthen overall team performance
