Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with rotating on-call. Requires EPA HVAC certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal), valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits.
