Location: Jonesville
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Waukesha, WI facility. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee equipment repair, and drive safety, OEE, and cost targets while managing the maintenance budget.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting a wide range of equipment, maintaining spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations. Strong SAP/CMMS familiarity and Lean TPM experience are preferred.
