Sun Ridge Management Group in Inman, SC, is seeking a Make Ready Technician - Multifamily to prepare apartments for new residents, perform light maintenance, and uphold a clean, safe living environment on-site.
You will coordinate with the Property Manager and Senior Maintenance Technician, complete make-ready tasks (lighting, locks, appliances, painting), and ensure units are ready for move-in in a timely, professional manner.
