Property Inspector

Charleston Coast Vacations is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Property Inspector to join our Isle of Palms team. This role focuses on pre‑and post‑stay inspections to ensure properties meet our high standards and guests enjoy an exceptional vacation experience.

• Perform thorough inspections before and after housekeeping to confirm properties are clean, staged, and guest‑ready.
• Verify all systems and equipment are functioning (TV/cable, internet, HVAC, appliances, pool/spa where applicable).
• Complete minor on‑site maintenance: replace light bulbs, change air filters, inspect and clean grills, secure windows/doors, and remove obvious hazards.
• Restock and deliver supplies as requested.
• Lock up properties and secure windows/doors following inspections.
• Assist with guest check‑ins as needed, providing a friendly, professional welcome.
• Document findings and complete inspection reports promptly in our property management system.
• Communicate maintenance needs and follow up with vendors when required.

• Full-time, 9-5 hourly position. Saturday and Sunday availability required (not every Saturday and Sunday).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Comfortable with basic technical checks (Wi‑Fi, TV/cable, appliance operation).
• Hospitality or property management experience is a plus.
• Professional, guest‑focused demeanor and strong communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to safely access all areas of the property (stairs, outdoor spaces, attic/utility areas).
• Ability to lift moderate weight (moving small furniture or supplies) and perform light physical tasks.
