AGM Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, clean, and comfortable. You will handle routine repairs, respond to resident requests, and assist with turnovers and capital improvements.
A high school diploma is required; hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances is preferred. You will coordinate with contractors, track supplies, and ensure safety standards and fair housing practices.
