Senior Facilities Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties. You will oversee building systems, vendor and contract management, preventive and reactive maintenance, budgets, and capital projects while ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence. Partner with clients to align facility performance with business goals, drive sustainability and technology-enabled improvements, manage onsite teams, and support a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance in a dynamic, global real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Oversee maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Manage vendors and service contracts, ensuring SLA compliance and cost efficiency.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Implement preventive maintenance and work order programs using CMMS tools.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance across all facilities.
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Coordinate capital repairs, fit-outs, and facility-related projects with internal and external partners.
• Develop, lead, and mentor onsite and vendor teams to deliver high service standards.
• Serve as primary facilities liaison to clients, aligning facility performance with business objectives.
