Location: Columbia
Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction. You will assist with interior and exterior maintenance, perform repairs, and help maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, requires 2 years of repair experience, and weekend/on-call support.
