Laundry Plant Maintenance Supervisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Laundry Plant Maintenance Supervisor in Early Branch, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our laundry plant to ensure optimal functionality.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of maintenance technicians to perform regular equipment inspections and repairs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with plant managers to schedule maintenance work without disrupting production
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for repairs
- Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role
- Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressure
