Maintenance Manager

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance in a high-volume beverage distribution environment. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for conveyors, forklifts, storage systems, and building infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with operations, you'll manage a maintenance team, contractors, and vendors, optimize a CMMS program, track KPIs and budgets, and drive continuous improvement to support efficient, reliable wholesale distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues to minimize downtime
• Manage maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Oversee CMMS, work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance records
• Implement safety, GMP, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment
• Partner with operations and supply chain to support uptime and continuous improvement
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs, budgets, and capital improvement projects
• Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices
