Kingstree Plant Operations - Kingstree, SC 29556
To provide excellent customer service by creating a favorable image for Farmers Telephone Cooperative by maintaining buildings and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
Reporting Structure:This position reports directly to the Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Reports to supervisor on the quality of contracted services.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and materials.
- Performs minor maintenance to buildings and properties as directed by Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
- Performs janitorial duties as assigned by Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
- Picks up and delivers mail, packages and deposits as directed.
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Hourly
Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy loads, operate tractors, lawn equipment and chain saw
- Some experience with electrical, plumbing and janitorial repairs
- Basic knowledge of personal computers
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Walking, Stooping, Bending, Climbing, Reaching
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
